In Social Studies we are learning about entrepreneurs. An entrepreneur is a person who creates and grows their own business. Here are seven key characteristics of a entrepreneur Problem Solver(someone who finds creative solutions for problems), Leadership Skills(they are able to lead a team and make big decisions for the team), Risk Taker(a leader who takes risks without thinking about the consequences),Innovative(creating new ideas or making old ones better), Determined and Resilient(being determined and resilient is when you don’t give up on your ideas easily even when something goes wrong), Hardworking(Hardworking is when someone puts a lot of their time and effort into their project/idea to make it successful.)and Confident and Visionary( a person who is confident and a visionary is one who has a vision of what they want to achieve).
When I chose an entrepreneur I chose Yoshisuke Aikawa the founder of Nissan. I chose him to research because he was Hardworking, Determined, Innovative, a Problem Solver and Determined and Resilient.
